Your Stay

At your accommodation, you will find a complimentary starter pack to quench your thirst after the hours of travelling and a small snack so you are able have a refreshment whilst you settle in to your villa of choice.  Within 24hours of your arrival one of the team will pass by to explain how everything operates in the villa and help with any queries you may have. You will have our phone number and email address should you wish to contact us through your stay, it will be our pleasure to help.

We can direct you in the right direction if you are new to Lanzarote should you wish to explore this amazing and beautiful island our family call home.
