Our minimum night stay is 7 nights

A deposit of 10% is required at the booking stage, unless you are arriving within 8 weeks then the full amount will be due.

The Balance will be due 8 weeks prior to your arrival.  You will receive a gentle reminder email advising your balance is due the following week.

Around 1 week of your arrival, we will email you your Villa Access Information and look forward to welcoming you.

The cot is a basic travel cot. 

The high chair provided is the IKEA plastic style.

There is a company called Easyhire365.com. They will store your luggage at a reasonable cost. You can prebook this, drop your bags off at the locations they provide so you have piece of mind for your last day knowing your luggage will be looked after for you to be free to enjoy your last day.
Yes.
We are happy to send you prices should you wish to order one or more of the following – a celebration cake, balloons, flowers, champagne etc and if happy with the costs we can arrange this for you so its in the villa for your arrival.

Yes, as long as the maximum occupancy is not exceeded. You would need to contact Lanzarote Sunshine Villas or send an email with the additional clients name.
