Casa Tropicana is all about the location! The property sits in the area of Los Mojones, near Puerto Del Carmen and within walking distance of the old town and harbor with its wide selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The sandy beach of Playa Grande and the main Strip are a little further on but also within walking distance. What’s more the villa has its own private pool and homely interiors. Air conditioning/heating (coin operated) in two of the bedrooms and lounge, pool heating and Wi-Fi are included.
There are wonderful mature plants and palms trees on one side of the villa. Next to the pool there is a very small shallow pond that has a tranquil waterfall, sounds of the tropics are just what is needed.
Swimming pool, pool terrace and sunbathing area
The side terrace has table and chairs for open-air dining with an awning you are able to pull out should you wish to be shaded from the sun and pool side under the covered pergola you will find comfy seating where you can sit back and relax with a view of the pool and plants Casa Tropicana has to offer.
There is a brick BBQ to the side of the villa where the outdoor table and chairs are and great sized pool to take a dip in whilst you enjoy in the heat of the Lanzarote sunshine, and not forgetting the sun loungers and parasols where you can lay back and simply relax.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
The villa comprises of 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms. The Master bedroom and one Twin bedroom is accessible from the hall. These two bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and air conditioning. The second twin has a door that leads from the lounge, this twin room also has patio doors that opens out to the beautiful front terrace and pool area. This twin bedroom has a floor standing fan should it be needed and a free-standing wardrobe.
There is a shower room located as you enter Casa Tropicana between the front door and Master Bedroom and another good-sized family shower room also accessible from the hall located between the Master bedroom and one of the twin bedrooms.
Living area and kitchen
The lounge has large patio doors leading out to the side terrace where you will find the outside table and chairs along with the BBQ area. The patio door lets the light flood into the living space giving a bright and airy feel. The separate fully equipped kitchen which has integrated appliances also has a table and chairs that will seat 4.
Entrance
Entrance to Casa Tropicana is gained either through the villa garden gate, or through the sliding driveway gate. You will find the front door ahead of you as you enter either. There is a private driveway for 1 car.

Casa Tropicana is a detached villa located in the residential area of Los Majones, near to Lidl and other supermarkets and Pharmacies and around a 15-minute walk from all the attractive resort of Puerto Del Carmen has to offer.
The “New Town” with its chic cocktail bars, elegant boutiques and stylish restaurants should not be missed. Playa Grande and Playa Chica are only a 5 minutes’ drive away, offering sandy beaches and a great selection of traditional restaurants and seafront bars for you to try. This location is a great choice for those who wish to enjoy all the resort has to offer.
Casa Tropicana is also an ideal choice if you don’t want to hire a car.

Playa Grande Beach is at the heart of the resort and stretches just under a mile. Backed by the many bars and restaurants of the strip, this wide, sandy beach has calm waters and plenty of parasols and sunbeds available to hire. Playa Pocillos is at the eastern end of the resort, and is a long, open stretch of sand popular with windsurfers. If you’re around the harbour, there is a small beach known as Playa Chica.
